The host was friendly, very kind, and attentive to all our needs. The accommodation was clean, new, and comfortable, with breakfast served at a nearby café, which was good. The location is handy, close to two metro stops and right in the city center, so it was easy to walk around Naples, including Spaccanapoli, Pignasecca, Toledo, Tribunali, and the Spanish Quarters.

We stayed for 2 days. It's a very central, new hotel with just 6 rooms on the first floor. The room was very small, and the bathroom didn't have a bidet. Breakfast was at a small nearby bar that wasn't well stocked and had no tables inside, which would be a problem if it rained. On arrival they told us the bathroom linens were changed only every 2 days, which could have been fine. But there was no cleaning at all, the bed wasn't made, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. When I complained, they said they'd warned me. Not changing the sponges is one thing, but not cleaning a room is another. For a 4-star hotel, I'd say cleaning is the bare minimum.

The staff were so friendly, and breakfast at the bar was really good. The place feels modern and welcoming, and it was super clean. The metro and downtown are only a few steps away.

Rooms were roomy and clean, and you’re right by Naples’ best sights and trattorias. For a stay in the city center, this is the place I’d recommend.
