Amazingly, staying in this property in the popular Spanish Quarter feels like living in a contemporary art gallery in New York.

I went for the Liberato pop-up store. The place is easy to reach on foot after taking metro line 1 and getting off at Toledo.

An artists' house that opens its doors to cultural events. I visited for the first time a short while ago, and found it beautiful and well attended.

The location works really well as a base for visiting the city. For me, though, the rooms were too spartan, and some basic services were missing.

Clean, comfortable rooms in what feels like a little museum tucked into Naples' narrow streets.
