The apartment was nice, and the neighborhood felt lovely and cozy.

The apartment looks nice at first and is very central, but the living situation felt extremely isolated. We stayed at the New Corte 3, Via Santa Lucia 97. Check-in was simple, though they had to open the door remotely because they couldn't get it open. The code system through the link was really complicated when I tried it myself. The staff were extremely kind and ready to sort out problems, and they responded quickly when the apartment flooded, apparently because of an issue with the flush motor. Still, that was a major inconvenience. The furnishings were poor quality: the door handle came off in my hand, the toilet seat wasn't attached, and the drain was broken. There was practically nothing to make breakfast with, not even two cups, a microwave, kettle, or saucepan. No cleaning supplies were provided either. They said there was a broom and dustpan in the shared hallway, used by six people. There’s no cleaning or replacement of towels or sheets, even for a two-week stay. I’d only recommend it if you know what you're getting and find a competitive deal, because it’s very central. If you find another place for the same price, don't go here.

The location was handy for the seafront and city center, with two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a taxi nearby. The apartment itself wasn't very clean, smelled of cigars, and had no toilet paper. The utensils weren't properly clean either, and the building wasn't well maintained. The elevator costs extra. We only found out after reaching Naples that luggage storage was about 2 km away. We paid €15 for a taxi to the designated storage spot, then discovered free storage was no longer available. Storing our bags cost another €25. Enjoy your Naples!

The toilet and shower couldn't be used for three days because a blockage was already there when we arrived. The maintenance man said it was fixed, but when we got back that evening, the toilet was still clogged. No one offered us a different room or even a working bathroom. We ended up using the bathroom at the bar across the street, and we're grateful to its manager. Absolutely not recommended. Really awful management!
