The manager seemed available, and the location puts you in the heart of the city, but it doesn't work if you're after safety and peace. Napoli is chaotic, with people honking as if to announce they exist. Even if you enjoy that atmosphere or sleep late like I do, being woken by horns at 4 is enough to ruin a vacation. The old wooden windows are single-glazed and don't seal properly because the lock holes don't line up. With 5 days' rent, they could fix that. We paid 80€ per night for a place on the 4th floor, yet using the elevator costs extra. Whatever the reason, guests should get a free pass or another solution. There was just one set of keys, so if we wanted to return at a different time, we'd have to wake our friend and ask him to climb 4 floors. The place could also be cleaner. The windowsill had so much dust that sitting there changed the color of my back. There were marks on the decorative cushions that looked like jizz, though at least the sheets and towels seemed clean.

The rooms were clean, Noemi was helpful, and the location is strategic, practically in the center. We only got 2 shower towels, one each for 2 days, and no face towel or personal hygiene towel like you'd usually find in any kind of property. Luckily I'd brought my own. Bring coins too, since the elevator takes 10 cents. Otherwise it's 3 flights of stairs!

The furnishings were welcoming and very well cared for, and the location is excellent. The owners don't show up, though I think you can reach them if you need to. The double bed needs replacing, and the bidet plug was broken. They're near the museum stops, so you can walk wherever you want. ✌️

We found dirty sheets and smelly towels after a day out exploring Naples, when all we wanted was a clean bed and a quiet night together. I'm not fussy, but this was the worst accommodation experience I've had, and I wouldn't even call the place a B&B. Thankfully, my cousin lives nearby and brought us what we needed. I can only imagine how difficult that would be for a tourist without local help. We skipped breakfast in the morning because cleanliness should be a given. When we told the property manager about the dirt, she answered rudely and completely dismissed the problem.
