Gino was a brilliant host, and the location was spot on. We booked the large three-bedroom apartment with its huge balcony, and everything was perfect.

The deposit terms weren’t made clear when we booked. We reserved more than one apartment and were told the deposit would be €300, but when we arrived, they asked for €300 for each apartment. The amount also stayed blocked on our bank card for over a month, with no way to release it after check-out. When we brought up these problems, the host was quite offensive.

The apartments are beautiful and have every comfort, with truly top-notch cleanliness and very friendly staff. The location puts you right in the heart of Naples. We’ll definitely be back soon. A warm hug to Mr. Gino.
