Best coffee in Napoli, and the air condition is great too!

Awful experience. My mom ordered a croissant that was obviously stale and dry, so we politely asked for another one. The owner verbally attacked us, even though I had said I’d pay for everything. I nearly called the police. My disabled mom was about to visit the hospital across the street. This should be reported!

I stopped at this bar and ordered what was meant to be a chocolate croissant. The counter clerk mixed it up and gave me one with cream instead, which was fine. That one was good, though the cream and black cherry croissant was less enjoyable.

I went in for coffee, but the barista was rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even ask what I wanted, then made a coffee and left it on the counter for over 10 minutes while she kept chatting with other people. When I asked for sparkling water, she was very rude, like I’d asked her for 100 euros.
