Benvenuto a Napoli

Lydia was always there when we needed something and was so kind. She made us feel at home, suggested places to eat well for good prices, and gave us ideas for things to see. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. Breakfast was good too, with fresh croissants each day and other treats. There wasn’t a fridge in our room, but we were welcome to use the one in the breakfast area. For families travelling on a budget, this is a good fit. The train station and metro are only a few minutes away. Thanks for looking after us so well, Lydia!

We barely slept, and for what we paid, I'd look elsewhere. The area felt unsafe to us, and the street noise was deafening. Inside, we could hear everyone walking past. Our room faced the dining room, which stayed lit all night, and the thin curtains let all that light in. The bed squeaked so badly that turning over woke the other person. The air conditioning wasn't working, so it was terribly hot all night. We had to take cold showers during the night, even though showers were included in the price. Far too expensive for this experience.
