The location was a real plus. We could walk to the sights around Spaccanapoli, and Sansevero Chapel, artisan shops, cafes, and restaurants were all on the same street or close by. Since some streets are closed to traffic, expect a short walk to reach the hotel, and some city noise. We stayed three nights in May, 2025, in a lovely, modern room that was clean and neat. Downstairs there was a double bed, full bathroom, and a balcony you could step out onto. A very narrow spiral staircase led to a loft with a twin bed and shelves and hanging space. It worked well for our extra clothes and would suit a teenager, though not a young child or someone uncomfortable with narrow stairs. This is a small set of rooms, not a staffed hotel, so contact Barbara before arrival to arrange when she’ll meet you and explain getting in and out. We found WhatsApp useful for contacting her, including when we accidentally left a hat behind and had to return for it.

Giuseppe greeted us warmly and made us feel at home during our two nights at A Casa Del Principe. The apartment is right in the old town, with restaurants only metres away. It’s modern, clean, and nicely decorated, and despite the busy neighborhood it was quiet at night. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Naples.

The owners were lovely and sent clear directions, which made finding the place much easier. The room, in Napoli's historic center, was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. I especially liked the little balcony with its table and chairs. I only wish we'd stayed longer than one night. I'd love to come back soon.

The owners were delightful, and I really enjoyed staying here. It sits in the middle of Naples' historic quarter, handy for the charming pizzerias and pastry shops. The decor has a beautiful modern look that works well with the traditional building.

The owner was quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. The place is clean and quiet, with a small kitchenette for tea and coffee, plus breakfast at one of the town's best patisseries. It's centrally located but set back from the main street. A great stay!
