The room was pretty, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. I was there for 4 nights, and they wouldn't even clean the room. There was no reception or security to help. One weekend, the gates to the B &B were locked, and the code they gave me didn't work. I waited for hours, hoping someone would come open them. Not helpful at all. I also had to pay a high tax of € 20 and €15 for the A/c, which should have been included.

The apartment was charming, cosy, well equipped, and in a good location, with easy automatic check-in and check-out. I had great contact with the host. Annalisa was very nice and helpful when I left my wallet in the room. She came right away to help me find it and ship it back home.

Laetitia and her sister are a lovely family, and I hope to see them again soon, insha'Allah. The flat had everything I needed and sits right in central Naples. For what you get, the price is a bargain. It felt like home, and this is the only place I'll stay in Naples. I'll definitely return.

Annalisa was so kind and helpful, and that really added to the stay. On my first visit to Naples, the clean, well-kept room and having a concierge made me feel safe and at home. The location was outstanding too. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The welcome was lovely, and the staff were friendly. My room was tastefully furnished. The B&B is also very well placed in Naples, close to the train station with a bus stop right below the building.
