We checked out after two nights and found the room dirty, with a smelly blanket. There was a boarding pass inside it, which made us think it hadn't been changed. Dust covered the hanging light fixtures, and the shower head sprayed everywhere, so even with my hair tied back I had to get it wet. There were two of us, but we found only three capsules and an open packet of sugar. The coffee maker leaked while brewing and had to be thrown away. We'd been told when booking that the room was €80 per night. After we arrived in Naples, we were told there was also a tourist tax of €4.50 per person per day. The owner hasn't replied to any messages we've seen.

We were really satisfied with everything during our 3 nights. The room was fantastic, and we had complete comfort, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout. All the staff were also fully available and very kind.

The owner was very helpful, and the location was convenient. I stayed 3 nights in a clean room with a very comfortable bathroom.

I spent 5 nights here in a clean, comfortable room, right in a very central part of Naples. Everything was perfect.
