Maison Arena

After the person who met us outside the apartment building checked us in, we never heard or saw anyone again, even though we tried contacting them on WhatsApp as instructed. We had repeatedly been assured before and during check-in that we could leave our luggage for the day, and the listing said so too, but without anyone to hand it over to or collect it from, that wasn't possible. It's basically four rooms in an unmarked, unserviced apartment building, with no sign for the place. We had room 4, facing the street, and the traffic, scooters, ambulances, and sirens went on all night. It was the worst sleep we've ever had. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the larger bed frame collapsed in the middle while we were on it, rolling us toward the center. It doesn't feel like a hotel or B&B. Two stars because the person who met us was friendly and on time, the location is central, and the cafe where we got vouchers for a pastry and coffee was good. One of the worst places I've stayed. If you can't sleep, what's the point?

The room was spacious, clean, and had really comfortable beds. The location made it easy to reach the metro and train station, with loads of restaurants around. Jessica was the best part, so helpful, and her guidance around naples was much appreciated. Breakfast at the local coffee shop was included and a great way to start the day.

The hosts were extremely friendly and checked in with us each day to see how things were going. When we mentioned that the sink pipe and shower head needed replacing, they sorted them out quickly. The central location made it easy to visit the different sights, and from our double balcony we could watch the city's hustle and bustle. Breakfast came as a voucher for a nearby cafe, good for one drink and one pastry, with no other choices. Tea bags were left on the first day, but there was no coffee and they weren't replaced afterward. The room was clean.

The rooms were large and very clean, and the location is amazing, right beside the centro storico. Mariana welcomed us, was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed about the city. The facility team also texted every day to check that things were fine. They arranged an airport shuttle and luggage storage after checkout. Totally recommend it.
