Right on Via Toledo, this is a great base in the city center, with everything close by and Naples nightlife right outside the windows. The windows seal well, though, so we slept peacefully. The building is fantastic and full of history, the rooms are well equipped, and breakfast at a nearby Italian cafe about 20 m from the main entrance was super. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. We couldn't fit everything we wanted to see into a few days, so we'll definitely stay here again when we return.

We really loved our two nights in the loft apartment. Walking through the palace entrance to the building was gorgeous, with huge doors, Frescos, a staircase, and statues. Our room was spacious, and the staff did everything to help, from carrying our luggage upstairs and calling a cab to even taking photos of us. Go stay!

I've never stayed anywhere that deserved more stars. The room, service, cleanliness, and location all blew me away. If you're staying in Naples, I'd look no further. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We were given excellent suggestions and extra care for our anniversary, and the customer service was outstanding. The room was clean and spacious, and the location is right by the start of the Spacca Napoli road. It was completely quiet too. Definitely recommend!

The people running this hotel are amazing, and the location is brilliant and central. Breakfast vouchers were a lovely touch. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to naples and want to be right in the middle of things.
