MAMO al Museo

Marcello was friendly and helped with everything we needed before and during our visit. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was incredible, with tasty local flavors. We had an amazing, welcoming stay at MAMO al Museo, really close to downtown. If we visit Napoli again, we'll definitely try to book here.

Marcello was the best part of the B&B. He was kind and helpful, made our drinks in the mornings, suggested great places to eat and visit, and even let us store our bags after checkout. The breakfast was good, with everything you need for an Italian morning. We stayed six nights and felt warmly welcomed. The room was modern and very clean, if a little small. That wasn't a problem with so much to do nearby. The location is ideal for walking around the historic center, and the metro is just 2 mins from the mamo. We did hear a lot of noise from planes taking off and landing nearby in the evening and at night, though that may affect the whole city.

The B&B sits in a quiet spot behind the museum, away from the main streets, but still close to the metro and restaurants. The main street is a quick walk away, and the coastline is about a ~30 min walk. Marcello was a wonderful host: he let us check in early, then sat down with a map to point out places to eat and things to see. He even remembered my preferred coffee. Our room was fantastic, with a small balcony, a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The aircon helped us get the best sleep of our trip. Breakfast was excellent, especially the hard pastry filled with white chocolate. We had an amazing stay.

Everything is within walking distance from this great location. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Marcello was so kind and friendly, with lots of suggestions for places to see and eat. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Naples.
