Piero went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay, and I really appreciated it. I also had a lot of fun chatting with Pina, who shared some good tips about Naples. The room was spacious and comfortable, with some cool features, and each morning we had fresh breakfast on the terrace to get the day started. The B&B is in the heart of Naples, beside the university, and makes a great base for exploring the old city center. Cappella Sansevero, Napoli Sotteranea, and Via San Gregorio Armeno, home to the famous Neapolitan Crib, are all just a short walk away. I’d gladly stay here again and revisit Naples.

We spent 45 minutes trying to reach someone, and had to book another hotel. At first, reception declined our calls seven times, and Booking.com got the same response. When they finally answered, I said we couldn't find the hotel, and suddenly he couldn't speak a word of English. We'd booked because it said “easy parking,” but that's completely untrue. Our car couldn't even fit on the street, which was probably the narrowest I've ever driven on. If you care about your car, don't even try going there. When we reached the address on foot, there was no sign, the nearby bars had never heard of the place, and the street was completely empty. I've heard Italy is known for scams, and unfortunately this seems to be one.
