The location works if you're not too demanding, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. That's why I'd consider giving the place another chance when I come back to Naples. We got a refund for the night we left early, and I want to be clear that the bathroom problem was a technical issue. Still, the place is far too disorganized. Sending one plumber who left without fixing anything, then asking guests to hand keys to some unknown person because you might be nearby, isn't a way to manage problems. The bathroom needs a proper renovation, whether it's in the room or not. Our room was spacious, but the bed was almost on the floor. The sheets and towels were never changed. What's provided for breakfast is fine as a fallback, though I wonder if people really come to Naples to eat breakfast at a hotel. The mix-up that made us decide to leave isn't something I want to get into. Good luck, and thanks for being so kind. I'd still be willing to give you another chance.

Being in the historic center, just a short walk from the Veiled Christ and the Santa Chiara monastery, was the one bright spot. The property itself is quite neglected: doors are old and won't close properly, bathrooms lack towel racks, one toilet was clogged and another had a broken seat, and a lampshade didn't work. The bed was low and hard, and the towels were dated. Breakfast is better found elsewhere, since we were left with four stale croissants. There was also constant irritating noise from barking dogs and people dancing and singing.

Really awful and not worth a rating. Our room was extremely dirty, and although they promised extra cleaning, it never happened. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
