The terrace is a lovely spot to step away for a bit, and the walk into town is pleasant. You can also walk the other way to the port. It’s on the third floor with no lift, so you’ll need to manage the stairs. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and well equipped. Taxis aren’t the easiest to access here, but being in the neighborhood makes it easy to enjoy local life, with some great restaurants nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I couldn’t check in, even though I’d paid, and had to book another hotel. When I booked that other place, the owner here promptly contacted me and explained where it was, so I found it easily. There are plenty of good hotels in Naples besides this one. The hotel is hard to find. The owner didn’t answer the phone, and while guests are left wandering the street trying to locate the place, she treats them as no-shows and keeps their money. I called more than 5 times between arriving at the airport and reaching the hotel. I was delayed by a flight issue, took a taxi, and got there before 8pm, within the check-in time. If she’d answered and explained the location, I could have checked in. It’s the owner’s responsibility to answer during working hours. And stop lying. I didn’t reply to an email? Did I deliberately arrive later than expected? Let’s be honest. I’ll report this to the Italy consumer protection agency and seek a refund. Let’s see who’s at fault. “penny wise and pound foolish”

We rented all four rooms for Christmas with the family. The place was quiet, which was a plus, but room 4 had no window or ventilation, and the oven and freezer were broken. There wasn’t a microwave either. The separate bathrooms were old and dirty, nothing like the renovated ones shown in the owner’s pictures. We didn’t get to see them before paying because they were still being cleaned when we arrived. When we raised it, formerly sweet Beery started yelling, which made us very uncomfortable and partly ruined our stay. At 85 euros per room per night, it felt like a rip off.

Our room was the smallest, with an outside bathroom and no windows, but the hosts’ kindness made up for it. They welcomed us with tea and let us check in after the 8 pm cutoff. You should message them on facebook beforehand if you need a late arrival. There are four rooms with cute decor, a nice rooftop terrace, and breakfast in the morning.
