Muni Boutique Flat

Amazing location and house. It felt so welcoming, with lots of thoughtful little extras. I’d recommend it 100%.

This was ridiculous. Booking.com had the wrong rate listed. They noticed after 10 days, changed the dates to next year on their own, and asked me to cancel. Since it was so close to the original dates and hard to find a reasonably priced alternative, I asked what rate they’d consider fair if I kept the reservation as planned. They offered double the usual price. Professionalism is clearly an unknown word to them.

The room was tiny and extremely dirty. The bathrooms hadn’t been washed, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the sinks were covered in limescale. The large hot tub had cracks and needed cleaning before we could use it. Worst of all, the bed was full of fleas. We couldn’t sleep all night. I tried the emergency numbers they provided, but nobody answered. It’s a shame, since the location is excellent and close to Naples’ tourist sights. But fleas in the bed are too much. I think I’ll let the staff know.

Valentina was so kind and helpful with organizing excursions, even though I’d already arranged them all from home. The staff were kind and always available, too. The place itself is beautiful and well kept, with an excellent, quiet location and easy access to places of interest, just steps from the metro and main tourist bus stop. There were linen sheets and a large bed with a fabulous mattress. The spacious bathroom had a hydromassage shower, a real treat to come back to in the evening.
