We slept well, and the location is perfect, but the room was dirty, with lots of dust on the parquet. One person in our group was allergic to it, and the shower was broken. There also wasn't enough soap for two people, so we ran out on the first night. Breakfast is at a restaurant a little way away, and only served from 8:30 to 10, a one-and-a-half-hour window. At €115 a night, this really wasn't good. I'd look for somewhere else.

Once we found B&B Napoli 2, its spot at the start of Via Chiaia was ideal for our stay in the Chiaia area of Napoli. It was a little hard to locate, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well during our July visit. Vincenzo was kind and helpful. The B&B was new, convenient, and good value, just what my wife and I were after.

The location is good, but everything else was abysmal. The staff were extremely rude, though Maria from breakfast was one exception. The rooms also look like they're about to fall apart.

Just a two-minute walk from Piazza Plebiscito, this B&B was also quiet and handy for getting around the city. My room was spotless, modern, tastefully furnished, and comfortable enough to make sleeping a pleasure. The ladies who welcomed me were so kind and always ready to answer questions or help with anything. They made me feel at home straight away. Breakfast is served just steps away at the pastry shop and bar "Na bona Furchetta Trattoria," where Signora Maria makes sure you start the day well. A lovely stay, and I'd definitely come back.
