The view from above the city noise was a highlight, especially the Port and Bay of Naples at sunrise. We all had spacious rooms and cozy beds, and the value was great. This wasn’t my first choice, but I’m so glad we booked it. It’s close to everything you need.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the beautiful view and the area. The Toledo pedestrian zone and the Alibus stop are both about a five-minute walk away, and there’s a shop downstairs that opens every day. Manuela was lovely and helpful when she handed over the keys. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room on the eleventh floor had a fantastic view and was perfectly clean. The location is excellent if you want to see all of Naples. We stayed from December 13th to 16th, 2024. Train strikes meant our train was canceled, so we took a mind-blowing bus journey that made us late. Before we arrived, we got a phone call promptly explaining the 15 euro late-hour surcharge and the 18 euro tourist tax. Both were fine, and we paid as soon as we reached the room. But for the whole stay there was no hot water, which was especially unpleasant in that season. We were simply told “sorry” about it. I’d also suggest checking the toilet drains, since they occasionally smelled bad.

A large supermarket is right beside the building, and the ferry to Capri, airport shuttle, and historic center are all less than 10 minutes away. The room was clean, functional, and well placed, with a small fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. It suited our 3-4 day getaway perfectly. The owner was pleasant and easy to contact. Just remember the door creaks a little and could use some oil. We had a very nice stay.

Good morning. After your reply to my review, which did not allow me to respond, I want to clarify that you changed the facts. We told you about the lack of hot water during our four-day stay well before the time you claimed. Asking guests to wait for a second plumber visit on the morning of checkout at 10 is not reasonable. The water should be checked before check-in, especially at the weekend. We expected more honesty and professionalism, without fabricated replies. To be clear, we did pay the tourist tax and the late-arrival charge as soon as we reached the room, as we understood both were due. Regards, Rita and Mario.
