NH Napoli Panorama Hotel

The breakfasts were incredible, and everything was delicious. One morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, such a good little touch. Everyone was warm and friendly, and the service was outstanding. I'm really glad I got to stay here.

From the room we had lovely views over the city, and the location made it easy to walk around. Everyone provided excellent service, especially Rosamaria. She was delightful, so kind, and always smiling. At breakfast she was attentive and helpful, and even offered me a delicious coffee. I'd definitely come back soon.

We had a lovely week at the NH Napoli Panorama. The hotel is easy to get around from, and the rooms were clean and modern. Even with the busy area, they were surprisingly quiet, and housekeeping was meticulous every day. The front desk staff were helpful, lending us umbrellas on the one rainy day. You can also use the app to request a wide range of amenities delivered straight to the room. We tried breakfast once and really liked it. Maybe it's changed since earlier reviews, but we found a good spread of light international options and two coffee machines. Our server was excellent and brought us some traditional Neapolitan breakfast items and explained them. I'd confidently recommend the restaurant breakfast as an easy choice, especially if coffee and a pastry aren't enough in the morning.

Fire alarms went off during our stay, and when I called reception, they gave almost no explanation and rushed me off the phone before I could say much. I also emailed weeks before we arrived to ask about arranging something nice for my partner, but that was ignored. The booking issue was worse. After the hotel asked me to update my card because I'd received a new one, I did so, but the staff cancelled my reservation without an email or warning call. The hotel I stayed at after NH Panorama had no trouble with the updated card. When I arrived, they reinstated the original booking without even an apology or a small gesture like breakfast. I was appalled that I still had to pay, but after only discovering the cancellation on my way there, I had no other option. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone staying in Naples.
