We spent five nights at Nina Suites and would happily return. It was a lovely place, with a spotless room and a little balcony where we often had our coffee. Water and coffee were available whenever we wanted, and the location made it easy to reach all the city sights we had planned to see. The hospitality was wonderful.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Napoli. The location made it easy to explore the city and get a sense of its hectic, lively pace, with culture everywhere and plenty of good places to eat and shop. Our room was nice, and the host was sweet, though I can't remember her name. We were a bit puzzled that there was no breakfast, as some other guests have mentioned, but the espresso machine helped. Coffee can count as breakfast, right? Thanks for the memories.

Avoid this place. They baited and switched us, and the people were awful.

4/10
The rooms were badly cleaned, and the basic upkeep was poor: burned-out bulbs, a broken shower head and toilet seat, no soap or top sheet, and a mattress that sagged badly. The bathroom flooded every time we showered, the toilet tank kept refilling, and the replacement towels we asked for never arrived. We never met the host, Sergio, and wondered whether he even exists. The website photos also seem out of date. It felt like the people running the place wanted to collect the money without providing the minimum guests need. Highly not recommended.
