Nova Relais

We loved how comfortable the bed was, like sleeping on a cloud after a full day of sightseeing. The room was modern and had a minibar, a safe, and plenty of closet space. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and the shower had great pressure. The balcony view was lovely, and although we slept with the window open, the residential street was quiet. The hotel is close to two metro stops, the old town, and other sights, and walking back late at night felt safe. There's a nice cafe downstairs for breakfast, lots of restaurants nearby, and a small grocery store up the street for snacks and water. Alessandra at the front desk was helpful and replied to emails quickly. We'd stay here again in Naples.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped.

The room was clean and modern, with basic furnishings, but the mattress was softer than I like. The location is handy, just minutes from sights like Capella S.Severo and some good restaurants. The Palazzo entrance needs serious attention, though. The lift doesn't always work because tenants in the same block seem to forget to close the door on their floor, and hauling luggage up four floors is no small task.

The center is close enough to reach on foot from this well-located place. The room was average, and breakfast was the part I didn't like: just fake orange juice, coffee, and a croissant at a nearby coffee shop. I booked at 50% off, so it was a good deal, but I'm not sure I'd go back.
