We felt stressed from the moment we arrived. The communication was confusing, and we were asked for a €200 cash deposit that hadn't been clearly explained beforehand. The whole arrangement felt poorly managed and uncomfortable. At check-in, the woman at reception shouted at us instead of trying to help, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone hoping for a pleasant stay in Naples. There are better options with professional staff and clear policies. One of the worst accommodation experiences we've had.

I don't recommend this place. Booking through a platform didn't make it clear that we'd have to pay a €200 insurance deposit or an extra fee. The address they provide is for the office, and then they assign you a room that may be near or far from it.

We had booked a room but didn't get it, so I can't comment on the room itself. The way paying guests are treated needs work. If you're visiting Naples, I'd avoid this establishment. That said, I LOVE NAPLES AND ITS PEOPLE.

Don't stay here if you don't want to lose your money.
