Pala Suites

Pala Suites was spotless and comfortable inside, and the hospitality was incredible. Everyone was super helpful. We were within easy walking distance of the major sights, too. I had an incredible stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Our two story apartment was wonderfully spacious, and I appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. The huge shutter doors over the windows are impressive. The front desk host was courteous and gave us useful tips for the city. We didn't hear street noise, but voices from other guests in the hallway came through the apartment entry doors, which could be better insulated. Clearer signs showing how to get from the street to the elevator would help guests on their first day. And be ready to share the narrow neighborhood streets with pedestrians, mopeds and trucks all trying to use the same space. If you're in Naples for more than a day, take a train day trip to see the archaeological dig in Pompeii.

It was surprisingly quiet in the center, and the owner communicated really well. We could leave our luggage on the last day, which was a nice bonus. The rooms were comfortable, huge and clean, and the location worked perfectly for visiting Naples. We got a warm welcome and had a lovely stay. I can highly recommend Palà Suites.

Giuseppe was so friendly, and we felt at home with him and his lovely family running the hotel service. The room was spacious, cool with air conditioning, and quiet, which was incredible given how central it was. We could easily walk to the best sights and restaurants from Pala Suites. It's excellent accommodation at an affordable price for a couples or family holiday. Naples is full of life and character, with lots to see. We'll definitely stay again when we visit Napoli. Grazie!
