Palazzo Alabardieri

The breakfast buffet was a celebration, with so much delicious variety, from eggs and cheeses to toast breads and pastries. And the coffee is hard to put into words. The staff were wonderful, especially Claudia, who went above and beyond. She helped with restaurant recommendations, directions, taxi calls, water bottles, whatever we needed, always with a smile. The hotel is right in the middle of everything and beautiful from the entrance through to the bathroom. The rooms are impeccably decorated, the beds comfortable, and the sheets pristine. The windows have electronic shades you operate with a button. There's plenty of bathroom space, a large shower, and high-end toiletries. I can't recommend it enough for a Naples stay, especially at such a reasonable price. It felt like staying at the ritz.

I'm a wheelchair user and found the Hotel very suitable. Our bedroom had a well-adapted Bathroom, plus a second Bathroom, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautifully maintained and furnished, with excellent housekeeping. We stayed for a week in October 25, and the breakfasts had plenty of choice and high-quality produce, with coffee made to order. The Chiaia area is residential and walkable, lively enough to be interesting without feeling frenetic. It's perfectly placed for the Lungomare, excellent restaurants, and shopping. We took reliable, reasonably priced metered taxis to galleries and other places. Most central areas cost 7-10 Euros from the very nearby Plazza Matriti. We highly recommend the Hotel and hope to return. Thanks to everyone who looked after us.

The location is superb and the staff are really kind and friendly. Still, one night was very disappointing: an event at the hotel went on until 11pm, and our family couldn't sleep. The staff were willing to help, thankfully, but a 4 star hotel shouldn't hold an event like that if the noise can disturb guests' sleep.

We booked at the last minute during peak tourist season for just one night and were still very satisfied. The cozy room faced the courtyard, so my wife and I slept well. Even if it was their lowest-priority room, they set a good standard, and we'd happily return and book earlier next time. Breakfast was modest but satisfying, too. Highly recommended for a comfortable Naples stay.
