Alessandro was polite and accommodating, and communication was great. We loved the jacuzzi. The location was hard to beat, and all five nights were really quiet. We'll be back.

Communication was smooth and kind the whole time. The hosts were considerate and responsive, and I really appreciated how understanding and flexible they were when I needed to change my reservation.

The location was good, and the room was large. The bed was okay, but the A/C didn't really cool the room.

The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions nearby. The accommodation was good, though a few issues still needed attention.

Casanova is right in the city center, yet it was wonderfully peaceful. The apartment was very spacious and had its own terrace. The hot tub takes a little getting used to, and the shower drains slowly. Still, it's a great place for a few days exploring Naples, highly recommended.
