Getting around Naples was so easy from here. Spaccanapoli, the historic center, and the main train station were all just a short walk away. The hotel itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with a modern feel and clear signs of good upkeep. The owner was especially helpful, always reachable on WhatsApp and ready to sort out anything we needed. We also found the price very reasonable for what we got. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

Our host was lovely and gave us useful tips, and the location made it easy to get from the station to Naples's main streets. Da Michele is right on the ground floor of the building. But sleeping was a problem. The double bed was two mattresses pushed together, and I woke up between them on the metal frame during the night. Our daughter's small bed also felt like it might come apart with any movement. I tried sitting on it and fell. Breakfast was very limited, just sweet snacks: muffins, bread with butter and jam, and a few pieces of fruit.

The rooms were really clean, and Palazzo Bevilaqua is in a handy spot. We were travelling with our four-month-old, and Luigi and his team were so welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

We felt lucky to be welcomed with such a warm, family feel by Luigi and the staff on our first trip to Napoli with our 9-year-old. The room was extremely clean and quiet, the mattress was amazing, and breakfast each morning came with traditional sweets and fresh juice. The espresso was heavenly. Luigi was always there to help, whether arranging a taxi or suggesting the best sights. The location worked well for us too, about a 15-minute walk from the Duomo and 35 minutes from the San Gaudioso catacombs. Thanks, guys. We'll never forget the stay!

Good spot and a nice place to stay. The owner was lovely, and it's close to the Duomo metro and central station.
