Palazzo Riario Sforza

Conveniently located for Beverello, Chiaia, and Old Naples.

I went to this historic residence for the Open Day and was really taken with its history. The room now used as a restaurant stood out in particular, with its gilded decorations and antique mirrors. I’ll come back for breakfast!

My experience was really negative. There was no air conditioning, just a fan that didn’t work and only pushed hot air around. Over three days, they didn’t replace the guest towels or bath towels, so we kept drying off with the same ones despite showering often in the heat. I even got a vaginal infection. The apartments themselves look like the photos, but everything else fell short. Erica, please consider adding air conditioning. Apartments without it are worthless. My friends paid less than we did and had daily linen changes, breakfast each morning, coffee pods, and, most importantly, air conditioning.

All the attractions and best dining options in Naples are within 1 km of this small, very cozy house. The owners were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!
