We only stayed one night, and it was just right. The place is right beside the station, spotless, and newly done up. The owner was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than expected. Via Tribunale is just around the corner and leads into the old town. The area by the station is a little grotty, but from our balcony we had fun watching the 'interesting' traffic in Napoli.

We were so disappointed, especially given the high rating. The room stank of tobacco smoke and harsh cleaning products. The building was neglected, with mold on the stairwells and walls coming apart. There were no curtains, and the street noise and light made it impossible to sleep. The neighborhood felt rough and unsafe to us. The main door was often left unlocked, and there was no front desk or staff to turn to. It was bad enough that we left before our booking was over.

The rooms are new, as the pictures show, and I liked having three types of lighting and a kitchen available for cooking. The staff were kind, and check-in and checkout both went fine. It’s in an old part of Napoli, so you might feel unsafe, but that’s only a feeling. It’s worth it.

The rooms are really beautiful, and the owner was gentle and helpful. The price is fair for what you get. It’s in an excellent spot, close to train and bus stations, with the city center just around the corner. Highly recommended.
