Our duplex apartment was stylish and practical, and the website photos showed exactly what to expect. It sits in a side wing of the Galleria Umberto I, right in a fantastic central spot, yet it wasn’t too noisy by Neapolitan standards. The team was friendly, flexible, and professional. They gave us some great recommendations for going out and took good care of us in every other way. The amenities, welcome, and location were all fantastic. It’s a great place.

The host was kind and knew the area well. She gave us a thorough list of places to eat and visit, so if you’re only in Napoli for a few days, you won’t even need a guidebook. Pretaloger is wonderful, with a spacious, comfortable apartment and an absolutely incredible bathroom. Everything is conveniently close by.

Pretaloger was a perfect place to stay, and we’ll definitely return when we’re back in beautiful Napoli. The hosts gave us thoughtful, conscientious service from check-in and were very helpful with our questions about travel and food plans. Our studio was lovely, with features that let you change the setup to save space. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was clean, and malin+goetz toiletries were provided. Every delicious lunch or dinner spot was less than a ten-minute walk away. The cleaners did an incredible job. It was lovely coming back to a room cleaned to such a high standard. Thank you!
