I booked at the last minute and the price was certainly appealing. The host was friendly and quick to communicate, and the location works well for a short city trip. Still, room 3 disappointed me. It felt stuffy and damp, with little or no natural ventilation, and I could hear every sound from the guests next door, which made it uncomfortable. Getting to the room was also awkward. I had to duck while carrying my suitcase up a steep, narrow staircase, so it won't suit everyone. Given the high ratings, I expected a better stay. It's an affordable choice for one night if your expectations are low, but bear in mind the dampness, noise, and limited accessibility.

The staff were welcoming and ready with tips and information to help us enjoy this fantastic city. The property is modern, new, and thoughtfully put together. There are just three rooms, each with a bathroom, so it's very quiet, and cleanliness was excellent. Prices are reasonable too. It's a great base for seeing Naples. The central funicular is just a few minutes away and takes you straight to Via Toledo, putting you close to Piazza Plebiscito, Piazza Carità, Spaccanapoli, Piazza Municipio, Lungomare Santa Lucia, Castel dell'Ovo, and Maschio Angiolino. You can also take it up to Vomero.

Alba, the owner, was very kind and ready to help with anything. The modern, new property has a quiet atmosphere and location, and the attention to detail, especially the cleanliness, stood out. The central funicular is just minutes away, with a direct ride to Via Toledo or up to Vomero. If you like walking, you can get everywhere on foot. My girlfriend and I walked back to the B&B many evenings, and it was lovely to take in the streets of Naples. Highly recommended!

A very kind and helpful host. The room was nice, though a little dated, while the bathroom was new and very clean. I liked how breakfast and the items in the refrigerator were organized. I'd suggest an upstairs room if you don't want to hear the downstairs wooden ceiling creak.

The place was modest but nicely furnished, and the location worked really well, near both the Spanish Quarter and Chiaia's nightlife. We ran into a few unexpected problems, but the manager was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks so much for looking after us.
