The owner was so kind and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone, and I’ll be recommending Relais Napoli Velata whenever someone asks where to stay. It’s a simple place with what you need, in a really handy spot: one metro stop from the central station and a four-minute walk from the historic center, SpaccaNapoli. Breakfast is at an outside café. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a roomy bathroom and a mini-bar. It’s just a short walk from the center, and they kept things tidy and changed the towels every day. Such warm hospitality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
A complete disaster. The owner was rude and unpleasant, and the check-in cutoff was 3:00 PM. We couldn’t check in even 30 minutes later, so the whole booking was cancelled with no refund at all. We couldn’t arrive the next day either. Not recommended.
We had a wonderful, very clean holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is right in the center. There’s a QR code you can scan for information about the main attractions. Recommended.
Everything that was described was there. Our room was really nice, bright, clean, and spacious, and the people were welcoming and kind. The location was excellent too.
