The apartment was clean and quiet, and someone came in every day to tidy the room. We had everything we needed, and the entry instructions were easy to follow, with spot-on communication. The building looked a bit old but was clearly well kept and clean. There’s a lift that I think costs a few cents, though from the look of it I wouldn’t have wanted to use it anyway, ahahha. It was peaceful inside, far enough from the main street, but close to everything on foot. The metro is nearby, as is the train station for Pompeii and the Caserta palace. The historic center is a few minutes away, so we didn’t need public transport. Perfectly located for visiting Naples and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay at relais sole, highly recommend the apartment. Thank you!!

We had a last-minute change to our itinerary and needed to cancel after the cancellation deadline. We explained what had happened, and they made a big exception for us. It was a huge relief when we were already stressed about our travel changes. We never stayed there, but we’ll certainly do so if we’re in Naples again. Thank you for being so fair to us, Relais Sole Naples!!! ♥️

We could walk everywhere from this perfectly located room, and the historic center was only a few minutes away, so we didn’t use public transport. The room was clean and cozy, with adequate amenities. The one drawback was the lack of ventilation because the windows couldn’t be opened.

The rooms were functional and cleaned daily, despite this being a sort of scattered hotel with no reception. Online check-in came with instructions for entering the building and getting into our rooms. What stood out most was the soundproofing, which made for really good sleep. Relais Sole was an excellent choice, especially for the location: two minutes from the Duomo stop on line 1, and a 10-minute walk from Via dei Tribunali and Spaccanapoli. It was an excellent price too, €200 for a double room for three nights.
