Alessandro really made our four-night stay. He went out of his way to pick us up and take us to the airport, and sent a detailed, current guide to attractions and places to eat. He was always available on WhatsApp if we had questions. I don’t get the comments about being left outside at night, since we got in late and were driven right to the door. The B&B is in one of the city’s towers, near the station, so there are the usual station crowds around, but we had no trouble. It’s handy for walking to the center and seeing the business district skyscrapers. Our triple room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The double bed was very comfortable, while the sofa bed seemed suitable only in an emergency, so I’d say the room works for two. The bathroom has no window but a large shower. The TV wasn’t ideally placed, though there’s plenty to do in Naples besides watching it.

My wife and I stayed here from February 15 to 17, 2026, and I wish I hadn’t trusted the reviews I’d read. There’s no POS terminal. Mr. Alessandro asked us to pay in cash, which we refused, and we made an instant transfer the next morning. He’d said he was available, but his actions didn’t show it. The bathroom was quite dirty, and even after we complained, it stayed that way and had no toilet paper until we left that morning. I’ll stop there, though there’d be plenty more awful things to say. What a shame. Learn how to treat your guests.
