Mary made check-in easy and smooth, and she was very helpful. The hotel staff were excellent, but the director’s handling of our booking was deeply disappointing. I’d reserved a room with a grassy backyard for my service dog, but we were given a different one. When I raised it, I was told the director changes bookings and rooms according to his own preferences, without telling guests beforehand. That caused us a lot of inconvenience. For the price, I also didn’t expect a completely broken mosquito net and a damaged sofa bed. They kept asking whether we wanted to pay an extra $10 for breakfast, even though the hotel had caused us trouble. Offering it as a goodwill gesture would have shown some effort to make things right, but they didn’t. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, and the noise reaches the rooms on the upper floors. The last breakfast “shift” is at 9 AM, which felt too early and disruptive.

The breakfast was delicious, though we could hear noise from the breakfast area in our room, the first one on the right at the top of the stairs. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was a bummer. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Mary was really friendly at check-in and explained everything clearly. We were happy with her Rotisseria suggestion. She did her best to help us find parking, but there aren’t many spots, especially for a Ford Transit. It’s not in Napoli, where driving is crazy, but the metro is close and gives quick access. We’d return.

We stayed for a full week and couldn’t have picked a better place in Naples. The TV is a bit outdated and the fridge doesn’t get very cold, but apart from that it was a great stay. The staff were incredibly nice. A very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were warm and friendly, and really went the extra mile for us. Thank you. The rest of the stay was disappointing. The villa is about 500m from the spot shown on the map, making it even farther from the center. The garden looks great in the photos, but there’s very little space for guests. Wi-Fi was poor, and the electricity in our room went out overnight. Staff couldn’t fix it in the morning. When I asked about paying, I was told everything was paid. After we left, they chased me and asked me to send my credit card details in a WhatsApp message. Part of my frustration is down to my own poor judgment about the distance to the center, and the metro service was really bad. The hotel isn’t to blame for that mistake. Still, my experience was quite different from the other reviews, so I wanted to share it.

Our host and the staff were great. The room was really comfortable and had a little garden of its own where we could relax. The metro is within walking distance.
