The location is excellent and the rooms are nice. Everything else was very clean, though the shower had mold, and the hot water ran out while I was showering. We were told at 9:20 that checkout was at 10, even though the information in the room said 11, so we had to rush. Staff argued with us about it. We couldn’t get the owner on any of his numbers, and he didn’t reply to messages through the booking.com app or WhatsApp, which we had used to communicate before. Maybe this was a one-off experience.

The loveliest host, Pino, and good service. The veranda was the best, too. The street feels lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, and Napoli's attractions nearby, while still being away from the tourists. The metro is close, and the location is hard to beat.

The little terrace is the finishing touch, with sofas and tables where you can relax in the afternoon after sightseeing, weather permitting. The room was spacious, comfortable and lovely, and the bathroom was pleasant and new. Everything was well cared for and clean. Breakfast was good, though it lacked a few things, like fresh bread, which may simply be their policy. There’s also a coffee machine with pods for guests, which not every place provides. It’s in the historic center, in the beautiful, refined Vomero area. I recommend it and would happily stay again.
