4/10
The location was convenient, but our room had flies when we arrived and a window facing a busy, noisy road. The room also wasn’t the one we’d reserved through Expedia. The host called it an upgrade, but it had only one bed, unlike the arrangement shown in our booking. He’d assumed what sleeping setup we needed without checking the reservation, then got frustrated when we pointed out the mismatch. Check-in was confusing, with no regular hotel front desk and difficult communication. We left a night early, and Expedia refunded the unused night after looking into what happened. Better communication, accurate room assignments, and fewer assumptions from the host would have made this a much better stay.

The owner was a really nice and helpful guy, and the apartment was clean and tidy. It’s in an excellent location. I’d definitely stay here again next time.

Francesco made the trip with his hosting. The place and location were ideal for travelling from Australia, close to the water and some nice cafes. Best host I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

They approved my hotel stay a day late, then locked the doors and didn’t answer my calls, leaving me stranded alone in the middle of the night in a foreign place with no way to communicate. I wouldn’t trust this business. I’d never recommend this terrible place to anyone.
