Only staying one night was the downside. This beautiful five-star hotel sits across from Naples' cruise and ferry terminals, and has an outstanding spa, comfortable rooms, and an infinity pool. Our room was modern and exceptionally comfortable. The minibar was complimentary, including beer, liquor, and snacks, and we were greeted with sparkling wine and luxury desserts, a lovely extra. Great spot!

The pool on the 10th floor was a highlight, with its infinity edge facing the bay, loungers, umbrellas, and a bar serving light snacks. Our room also had a huge window over the port and Bay of Naples, and a sleek look with a glass-enclosed shower and bathroom. We were there for two nights to celebrate our 40th anniversary. On the day itself, after we’d spent some time relaxing by the pool, we returned to find a bottle of champagne on ice and a handwritten congratulations note from the staff. Such a lovely surprise, and it made us feel special. Breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was excellent, with big windows, great views, professional staff, and really good food. The whole hotel feels modern and classy. We had a great stay, thank you!

The gym was a real surprise, with impressive equipment, easily the best hotel gym I’ve seen. The spa was a mind-blowing experience too. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful facilities, tasteful design, and great service. Super impressed!

For nearly 1,000 euros a night, I expected more. The rooms try for a fancy look, but to me it comes off tacky. They seem run-down, though I don’t think they actually are. Maybe it’s the materials that give that impression. Being right across from the port is convenient, but even then I wouldn’t pay this much to stay here again. It’s good in some ways, just seriously overpriced for what you get.
