The location is central and good, but it doesn't justify the price. Our room hadn't been cleaned, and the shower fell off while we were using it. The host wasn't very friendly and wouldn't give us a discount. It wasn't a great stay.

This one-room apartment was a terrible experience. There were so many cockroaches I could've carried them home. The toilet kept flooding, and it was like something from the cheapest bar. The balcony hadn't been cleaned in months. I've never seen such an unequipped kitchenette; it was almost useless.

A few of the photos in the comments aren't from this B&B, actually. I've stayed here three times over the last two years, and it's always been very clean. There's a kitchen, which has made things much easier for me on a lot of occasions, and a charming little balcony. They provide Neapolitan coffee and tea, and there's air conditioning, heating, and a TV. It's right in the middle of Montesanto, a busy tourist area where you can find everything. The owners are delightful.

The central location is the one good thing about this B&B. The building is run-down, looks very old from outside, and has crumbling debris. We booked several rooms, and they were all very old and dirty. One had no window, so there was no ventilation. The mould smell was strong and wouldn't go away. We had to spend a whole night in a room with air that felt unbreathable, and it shouldn't be rented to guests. The showers were unusable. There was mould in the grout and on the shower glass, which fell on us as we tried to get in. One room had stained, dirty sheets, and there was hair all over the floor and in the closets. The mattresses were too small, thin, and uncomfortable. The gentleman who welcomed us was kind, but this place doesn't meet basic hygiene standards. The price was far too high too: €102 plus tourist tax per room, per night, without breakfast despite the B&B setup.
