This felt like a scam. I booked a room and arranged check-in with the host ahead of time. Communication was fine until I arrived, but there was no one there and I couldn't check in. After that, the host never answered my calls or replied. I asked Booking for a refund, but they said the host had declined my request.

The bathroom is shared, which I hadn't understood when booking, and all the rooms apparently use the same “zero key.” The room itself was very small and the bed wasn't especially comfortable. Still, it was clean, the staff were lovely, and the location is great, close to a metro station. For an inexpensive stay in Naples, it's good value.

I stayed here twice at different points in the same trip and would recommend it for an affordable stay in Napoli. The terrace was nice, the WiFi was strong, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's in a fantastic spot, close to everything.

We liked this place enough to book another stay during the same holiday. It's near the historic center, with good food nearby that isn't too expensive. The room was nice and had air conditioning, and the staff were very friendly. There's also a small terrace and a little fridge you can use. Just be aware the elevator doesn't always work, so getting to the sixth floor with heavy luggage can be a lot.

A clean little guesthouse with four rooms sharing two bathrooms. It's well placed between the railway station and the town center, and makes an ideal base for Naples.
