After pizza, the best part of Naples for me was the room we stayed in. Check-in and the other online steps were easy, and the refreshments in the room were a nice touch.

The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, with some snacks too. Staying there was almost the best part of my visit to Napoli. I really enjoyed it, and the service was great. There was one issue with hot water: after I showered, my girlfriend couldn’t get a hot shower. I’m not sure if it was related to the solar-powered green energy system, especially since it was raining the whole time. Some neighbors were also noisy late at night, playing loud music, jumping around, and yelling like they were having a party. That wasn’t appropriate behavior. I could have texted the hotel and they probably would have warned them, but I was exhausted and fell asleep without following up. Maybe Rooftop could put up a reminder asking people to keep the noise down late at night. Still, it was a beautiful place to stay in Napoli. Thank you for the great service.

We had what we needed in the room: three towels each, a hairdryer, shower gel, soap, shampoo, a small kettle, and a coffee maker. The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and a minibar fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks and snacks, which were gorgeous. The location is handy too, about 15-20 minutes on foot from Napoli Centrale train station and three minutes from a large supermarket. There’s no receptionist, but staff are easy to reach by text or phone. We couldn’t check in early, though we could leave our luggage in the luggage area. At first the door code didn’t work, but the staff replied right away with the correct one. We stayed in January, so the rooftop spa wasn’t available, which I hadn’t expected it to be anyway.

The self-service check-in was easy, with very clear instructions sent by email and WhatsApp. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.
