We paid for the stay but couldn’t even get into the room. The person handling check-in disappeared for hours, nobody was available at the property, and the phone couldn’t be reached. Their professionalism was at an all-time low. They were also 15 minutes late replying to Booking after being gone for hours. We had to pay for another place that was available at 9 PM. Shameful. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who needs a room to sleep in.

The owners were incredibly kind and always available with tips on what to see and where to eat. The apartment is lovely, clean, and well furnished, and just a short walk from Naples attractions, between the Spanish and Chiaia neighborhoods. Highly recommended. If we come back to Naples, we’ll stay here again.
