The Palazzo Sanfelice and the Palazzo dello Spagnolo have similar, impressive architectural designs and are only a few blocks apart. Palazzo Sanfelice is burned out, while the Palazzo dello Spagnolo is well maintained.

This is a beautiful building in a special neighborhood, part of Napoli’s historic center, and worth stopping by if you’re nearby. It’s private property, so there are no tickets and you can only view it from outside. Please respect that and don’t go onto the stairs for photos unless you’ve contacted the administrator and received permission.
It’s worth walking past if you’re in the area, and it’s a lovely sight. Just know that you can’t climb it because it’s private property, something you only find out when you get there. If you don’t make it over, don’t stress. The ancient historic city of Naples has plenty more art and architecture of the same kind.
The baroque staircase is beautiful, and the architecture is unique. Visitors can’t go up the stairs, but it’s still worth a quick stop to admire.
The place has really lost its glory and is run down. Getting there from the metro means walking through rough, dirty neighborhood areas. Not worth the time or effort.
