I never felt safe enough to stay, and no employees showed up to check me in. This listing is fraudulent, and I strongly recommend staying away. I called the owner several times, both before and after the check-in time, and he was very aggressive on the phone. At 11:45, I asked if I could come inside just to leave my bags, but he said no. After standing outside in 30° weather with all my bags, I called again to check in. He kept saying check-in was at 12, even though it was already 12:15. The door was locked, stayed locked for the minutes after that, and nobody came to help me get in. I ended up not staying there because I didn’t feel safe, and there were no employees there. I stayed at Carty B&B, which has the same owner, but there isn’t a proper place to leave a Google review for that accommodation. As other reviews have said, DO NOT STAY HERE. I’m not even convinced this is a safe place for anyone to sleep. You’d be better off sleeping at the train station.

I was disappointed by the bed bugs I found in the mattresses. They affected both my comfort and health, and made it hard to enjoy the vacation. The reception staff were friendly, but that didn’t make up for the problem. Management should act immediately, with professional mattress cleaning and a thorough deep clean of the facilities. A good night’s sleep matters for guests, and I hope the issue is resolved for future visitors.

The location is convenient for public transport, but being out alone in this neighborhood at night felt disgraceful. The hostel is on the third floor, up a steep, broken staircase that’s a struggle with a suitcase. The mattresses were very stained, which was unpleasant, and the heat was unbearable. We had to beg for the air conditioning, only to be told it wasn’t necessary. We booked a six-bed room, but they simply added two more beds. There’s only one toilet in the hostel. Another one is available, but you have to go through the hallway into a different hostel, a real hassle with so many guests. You can’t expect much at such a low price, but a minimum standard would be fair. I wouldn’t recommend it, or would stay just one night at most.

Beds all over the place and a total maze. The top bunk felt shaky and exposed. I lasted 30 minutes before walking out and finding somewhere else. The person checking me in wasn’t helpful or pleasant.

This is the cheapest place in Napoli, so luxury isn’t what you’re paying for. Still, it was clean and comfortable enough, and the scary-sounding reviews seem overblown. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but we had no trouble.
