We stayed Monday to Friday and would rate it 8.5/10. The hotel is good for service and quality, though it's a little far from the necessities, which wasn't a problem for us. Customer service was great. Pepe in particular was courteous, super friendly, and very service-oriented. A lovely experience. 👍👍

We booked a 30 square meter room with a balcony and jacuzzi, but were given a very small room without either. It smelled bad and looked out on an ugly backyard area. The parking lot was full of garbage, and breakfast was just some low-quality stuff from a cheap store. When we asked for the room we'd reserved, the management, whose English was poor, told us, “we show the jacuzzi and balcony in the description of all our rooms but it doesn’t mean you are gonna get one”! It seemed this was how they attracted clients. Our experience was awful.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was okay overall, but the internet was poor and breakfast options were limited.
