Inside was very clean, and the shower was pretty clean too. Soap and towels were provided. The outside looked questionable, and this isn’t wheelchair friendly, though none of these places are. Getting in takes a little figuring out: first there’s a metal gate outside, which is hard to find because you have to go around parallel to the main road, then there’s the hotel door and finally your room door.

Our room was roomy, bright, clean, and modern, and the stay felt very comfortable. It faced the main shopping street, which was lively with people day and night, so there was some noise. The metro is about a 7-minute walk away, with restaurants and mini markets close by. There’s no breakfast, though there is a coffee machine. Beverello harbor is around 15 minutes on foot for the high-speed ferry to Capri.

Gary, our driver, deserves a special mention for being so professional. We only stayed one night, but Salottotoledo was quiet, spotless, and easy to find, with a super-comfy bed and every detail in place. It’s a great base for seeing Naples without the hassle of a car, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Top marks, thanks, and see you soon!

The staff were helpful and professional, and the room was clean and really comfortable. We didn’t hear street noise. It’s in a fantastic spot and easy to get to. I’d happily recommend it and would stay again in a heartbeat.
