The room came with everything we needed, and the furniture and fittings were good. Towels and bedding were new, and they also provided a hairdryer, kettle, tea, jam, and packaged croissants. Bruno was always reachable on WhatsApp. Right next door there's a rather noisy trattoria that you can hear until midnight, though it didn't bother us much and the area has a lot of atmosphere. The apartment is on Via Toledo, a lively shopping street, and a great spot if you like walking: Piazza Plebiscito is 10 minutes away, Galleria Umberto 7 minutes, and the promenade 15 minutes. For this location, the value is excellent.

The location is great if you want to stay downtown, and the price is reasonable. Still, the noise was the worst part of the visit: the place is directly above a trattoria, and there was noise until 3 a.m. The listing doesn't mention this. The room also wasn't very clean, with a stained duvet cover, bathroom mirror, and fixtures. The description says there's 24-hour reception, which I assume means WhatsApp, since that's where we got our check-in instructions. The host also responded rudely to negative reviews on Booking.com.

Bruno, the owner, is always available if you need anything. The location is excellent, and the room, towels, and sheets were clean. It has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and air conditioning.

The room was so small that sleeping was impossible. It was near the Nennella restaurant, where loud music went on late into the night, even on weekdays.
