Nara was the best part of my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated how warm and caring she was, and how she made me feel at home. She let me check in early, offered to keep my luggage while I got food after checkout, and was ready to help with anything else I needed. The rooms and kitchen were very clean, and the location made it easy to get to transport, food, and shops in just a few minutes. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back if I’m in the area. Thanks again, Nara!

The building's exterior doesn't really hint at the inside, which is lovely, compact, and very modern. It's also close enough to the station to walk there with luggage. The staff were consistently helpful and polite. Recommended, and I’d be glad to come back on my next Naples holiday.

We saw a room listed on the website at a good price and contacted the owner to book it. She said she didn't have her diary with her and would call back, but she never did. We had to call again. After first turning us down, she then said every room was booked on our requested date. We felt cheated, and believed this was done deliberately to stop us getting the lower price that had been listed online. No seriousness at all, and the spite was appalling. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

The manager was incredibly kind, and the location is hard to beat, just a three-minute walk from Garibaldi Central Station. The building felt secure, the rooms were immaculate and freshly refurbished, and the cafes and restaurants nearby were very good. I recommend it without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back. The owner was very kind and helpful, and our room was clean. The location is especially convenient, just steps from the central station. Nothing to complain about.
