Sky house Napoli

The owner responded quickly whenever we needed them. The area was quiet, and the place is ideal for one night. The price was great, it's about a 10-minute walk to the airport and 7 minutes to the Alibus stop for the train station. The furnishings are basic, but it was pretty clean. The coffee machine made very good coffee, there was a good choice of breakfast sweets, and the fridge had drinks including water, milk, and juice. The air conditioner worked perfectly.

I was left outside with my family because the door pin didn't work. I tried several times to contact the host, but they didn't answer calls or messages. Hours later, they texted only to ask me to leave the tourist tax. Communication was awful throughout: replies took hours, and whenever I got one, I was given another number to contact. They only seemed to respond when they wanted money. The area was appalling, dirty, with rubbish everywhere, and felt like gangland centra. The taxi driver couldn't find the address because it was wrong, so I had to look it up myself. Save your money and book the hotel down the road. I'd give no stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!

The air conditioning in our room was already broken, and there was a coffee machine but no coffee. The bedding had period stains, and they didn't provide bed sheets. There wasn't even a toilet seat. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

They charged an extra 40 eur because we arrived late, and the staff didn’t understand English. We’d booked two rooms for seven people but only got bedding for four, and the bedding had period stains. The toilet seat was missing and the AC was broken. Very poor service.
