The receptionist was friendly, and the location is handy for the port if you're catching a ferry to the nearby islands. The room was dusty, the shower wasn't properly cleaned, and there was no soap or shower gel, just two very small shampoo bottles. Bedside tables and some glasses would have helped. It's noisy, too. Wipe the balcony chairs before sitting down. Also, bring coins for the elevator if you're using it outside the free periods, it costs 5 cents each time.

Osanna, the Cuban receptionist at the front desk, was AMAZING and the highlight of our visit. The rooms were clean, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. But the Italian receptionist with black hair was rude and unwelcoming, with a disgraceful attitude unlike anything I've seen at a hotel. The lift that takes 5 cents to operate wasn't ideal either.

The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. The bed cover and sheets were dirty, and the sofa and cushions were filthy. Air conditioning blew straight onto the bed, and we couldn't figure out how to avoid it however we turned the fan. Oddly enough, there was also a camera in the room.

The front desk staff were great and helpful, but that couldn't make up for the dirty room and lack of honesty. We found a large nail clipping, probably from a big toe, in the sheets, and an empty packet of potato chips under the side table. We booked through Agoda, and the host hadn't mentioned the towel policy or that the elevator costs 5 cents during certain time intervals.
